Grace Meadows is a single-family residential subdivision situated at the southern boundary of the City of Rathdrum, in North Idaho.
It is located approximately 5 minutes from downtown Rathdrum and steps away from Majestic Park. The project started as 10.67 acres of raw undeveloped land and was divided into 33 lots ranging in size between 0.17 and 0.43 acres. The property is located at the southeast corner of Nagel Road and Thayer Street, surrounded on two sides by single family homes and across the street from undeveloped Industrial zoned land.
Originally divided into two parcels and zoned Industrial (I), Corsa Development Group went through the entitlement process to rezone and develop the land to Single Family Residential (RS2). Following the rezoning, infrastructure including water, sewer, dry utilities, roads, sidewalks, and perimeter landscaping was constructed. The property is now ready for the construction of 33 single family homes to meet the rapidly growing population of the City of Rathdrum.
