Corsa Development Group, donated $16,500 to Lakeland School District #272 following the completion of their Grace Meadows Subdivision project. The company presented the school district with the check at the July 2022 monthly board meeting. As part of the charitable arm of Corsa Development Group, Corsa Cares donated $500 per lot to help the district expand existing schools or build a new school in the Rathdrum area. 

“We want to give a big thank you to Corsa Development,” said Brian Wallace, CFO/COO for the Lakeland School District. “We appreciate Corsa Development reaching out to the district and showing that they are a company that cares about the future of this community.”

While other developers have donated land to the school district, Corsa Development is the first developer to donate a dollar amount.  

“Corsa Development is here to make a positive contribution to the community, we’re here to stay and help this community thrive”, said Mike Kozak, Corsa CEO. Anna Oleynik, Corsa Senior Development Manager, grew up in Rathdrum and attended elementary, junior, and senior high school. “I’m proud and honored to contribute back to the school district that set me up for my educational success,” she shared.
